Canceling transactions may be necessary when you want to prevent a pending transaction from being executed, whether you sent a transaction to the wrong address or changed your mind. You can try to cancel a transaction if it's still pending. Just bear in mind that there's a chance you might not be successful.
How to cancel a transaction
To cancel a pending transaction, you’ll need to go to the activity tab and select a pending transaction. Here’s how:
- Navigate to the Activity tab in your wallet.
- Select a transaction that is pending, and tap the
icon. - Select Cancel.
- This will try to cancel your transaction. Please note there is no guarantee this will work — your pending transaction may still finish.
- Confirm the fee estimate to cancel your transaction if it is still pending.
