Sometimes when transacting on a network, a transaction might take a few minutes to confirm. Family gives you the option to speed up transactions by paying a higher gas fee to prioritize your transaction.
How to speed up a transaction
To speed up a transaction, Family shows you which transactions are pending in your Activity tab which you can then speed up. Here’s how:
- Tap the wallet you just transacted with and navigate to the Activity tab in the bottom left.
- Select the transaction you submitted that is still pending.
- Tap the
icon and select Speed Up. - This will try to speed up your pending transaction by replacing it with a faster one. Please not there is no guarantee this will work.
- Confirm the updated Fee Estimate.
